Tori Morgan

Hello, my name is Tori.

I am a sound therapy practitioner awarded a practitioner level diploma by the British Academy of Sound Therapy and work with both groups offering sound baths and 121 with clients who want to explore the benefits of sound on a deeper, more personal level.

Until a few years ago, I spent over 20 years working in a demanding role, and for more than 15 of those years, I was a single parent, so I can really empathise with people about how difficult it can be to juggle a demanding job, work-related travel and a long daily commute whilst facing the challenges of raising a child and the impact that has on one’s wellbeing.

Whether it’s raising a child, caring for a parent or relative, or other demands for your time and energy, something that I learned over the past few years is just how important self-care is. It is not selfish, it’s essential. Personally, I have been attending sound baths for many years, and the benefits that I have taken from them, and still do, have helped me enormously. Sound therapy has many potential health and wellbeing benefits, including to reduce stress, lower anxiety, ease muscle tension, relieve pain, improve sleep, and overall mental and spiritual wellbeing. Whether you are new to sound baths or a long-time bather, I would love to welcome you to join me in experiencing the benefits yourself.
