Atlantean healing is a high frequency energy healing modality which was used by the priests and priestesses in the temples of Atlantis and is becoming widely known throughout the world due to its extraordinary benefits and results. Atlantean healing is a non-contact healing modality which is very gentle and relaxing to receive yet gives powerful and transformational results by bringing healing and balance back to the body via the auric field and energy system (chakras). It was believed by the Atlanteans that Dis-Ease within the physical body was the caused by an imbalance within the energy body and auric field.
Atlantean healing sessions are used to:

What can the client expect at the appointment?
During the appointment the client can expect to feel a deep sense of calm, relaxation and peace. They may experience feelings of warmth, light tingling or physical sensations of energy moving through the body.
The treatment time lasts approximately 40-45 minutes. After the treatment has finished the client will be given time to gradually come round, offered some water and a chance to discuss how they are feeling and Valendita will also share anything that was cleared/ removed/ healed during the treatment if the client wishes to know which can help bring awareness and insight to their own lives and way of living.
After care advice and guidance will be given along with a time for how long the healing will continue for even though the session has finished (this could be hours, days or even weeks.)
What will happen in a session?
At the beginning of the session the client will be asked to fill in a client information form asking them to list any medical conditions and have a chance to ask any questions. They will also be asked if they are happy to release any energetic blocks and limitations that are no longer serving their highest good.
During the appointment the client will be able to relax on the therapy couch whist Valendita intuitively delivers the healing through her hands working on the auric field (approximately 1-2 inches above the body). The client may feel sensations such as a feeling of peace, calm relaxation, warmth, light tingling or physical sensations of the energy moving through their body. They may feel a peaceful presence of the Atlantean angels around them who assist with the healing and balancing the elements of earth, air, fire and water within the clients physical body.
Valendita will intuitively be guided to work on any areas within the body and energy fields that may need clearing and healing. Sometimes Valendita will be guided to place etheric crystals (a non physical energetic crystal) within the clients body to assist in the healing process and moving forwards through life.
At the end of the session the client will be gently bought back to full awareness and offered water and a chance to discuss the healing they have just received (at the clients discretion).
How many sessions should the client need before they see a result?
Results can be felt instantly following the healing session but will continue to unfold over a matter of time which varies for each client depending on the clearing and healing they have just received. Atlantean healing all be it powerful is very gentle so it does not cause any sudden or drastic shifts of energy or release at once.
An average of 3-4 sessions are usually required but it depends uniquely on the client.
