Breathwork & Gong Bath

What Is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful breathing technique that uses a continuous, circular breath to help release tension, clear emotional blockages, and reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythm. Unlike everyday breathing, this guided practice keeps the breath flowing without pauses between the inhale and exhale, creating a deep, meditative state where transformation can unfold.

The rhythmic connected breathing encourages deep and unrestricted breathing, allowing for the release of emotional and energetic blockages. It is commonly used as a tool for personal growth, emotional healing, trauma release and accessing altered states of consciousness. It’s a simple yet profound way to reconnect with yourself and invite deep healing and clarity.

What Happens in a Session

Each session begins with a short introduction and grounding meditation. You’ll then be guided through a specific breathing pattern while lying down comfortably. The session is accompanied by carefully chosen music or live sound to support your journey.

As the breath deepens, you may experience tingling sensations, emotional release, insights, or a feeling of peace and expansion. Every experience is unique – your body and breath guide the process.

The Power of Gong Sound Healing

A gong bath works through vibration and frequency to release energetic blockages and bring the body into a state of deep restoration. The sound waves interact with the body on both a cellular and energetic level, calming the nervous system, easing tension, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes. Many people experience improved sleep, mental clarity, and a lasting sense of calm and balance after a session.

Following the breathwork, you’ll be bathed in the transformative sounds of the gong, helping to release any residual tension and integrate the shifts that occurred during the breathing practice. The sound waves invite deep relaxation and leave you in a state of harmony and stillness.
