Release resistance and blocks that are holding you back and restore balance and flow
This sound bath is designed for those who want to go deeper and use the power of sound to release resistance and restore flow and balance in life. The session will include personal reflection to identify what is holding you back, to understand how that manifests in the mind, body, and soul, before laying back and allowing the sound to help you explore it further, to find new insights and new understanding, and to release what no longer serves you.
Although this is a group session, there is no expectation to share anything, this can be a private journey of discovery and healing. However, if you wish to share your experience, you are welcome to. The sessions will be limited to 8 people.
Second Friday of the month at 7pm (starting in February)
£20 per session
