Franklin Method

The Franklin method approach can be applied to any movement to improve its function. Our Goal is to create happy minds and healthy bodies through Dynamic Neurocognitive Imagery (DNI)

As a Franklin Method Spine and Back Trainer, I am passionate about passing this method onto clients. It has changed the way I teach Pilates and the way I view my own body and movement practices and sports.
