Brief explanation of the therapy

This therapy helps a client look at their life and decide what their short term, medium term and long term goals are. The therapist then helps the client achieve these goals, dealing with any hiccups on the way!

What can the client expect at the appointment

At the first appointment the therapist takes full details of a client’s life. She helps the client decide what they do want and what they don’t want in their life. They then decide together on a realistic plan of action.

The client usually also has a 15 minute relaxation session.

What will happen in a session

At each session the client talks to the therapist about their progress, and the therapist takes them on a step further. This is backed up with positive re-enforcement in the relaxation session.

How many sessions should the client need before they see a result

Six, initially. Then sessions spaced out monthly or whatever is appropriate.

What can the therapy help

This therapy helps those who feel as if they have lost their way and that their lives do not reflect their capabilities.
