From Overwhelm to Ease

This is a gentle, internal, meditative class for those who wish to find more ease in their life.

My classes tend not to be physically demanding. We usually start lying down, journey through the body with kindness and curiosity, allowing tension to release and trusting the body to reset itself. Then, there may be some sitting or kneeling positions before ending the clasd with some gentle standionmg work, energising you before you leave.,

Gentle, quiet space for self-healing, rewiring the brain to create more ease in the body and befriending your body.

 Mats and blankets provided but if you have your own please bring it. Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can move in and be prepared to work in bare feet.

If unsure about any health conditions, please check with your GP first.

September 2019 prices:

£8 for blocks of 4 or 6 classes (terms are 6 weeks)

£38 for a 4-class flexi pass (valid for 3 months)

£10 single paid in advance

£12 drop-in (if this is a trial class you can choose to absorb this into one of the cheaper options if you decide to sign up)
