Classes are suitable for children age 5- 11 years, during classes we practise different breathing techniques, games, mindful crafts, positive affirmations, yoga poses, and guided relaxations to name a few!
I have been practising yoga for over 10 years, I brought yoga into my two children’s lives and saw such beneficial effects. With a real passion for yoga and qualifications in psychology and child development I decided to incorporate the two and qualify as a children’s mindfulness practitioner.
Mondays 4:15-5pm, £5 per session with the first taster session free.
