Weekly Classes

Here at Nine Springs we have a wide range of weekly classes to choose from. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced student we have something to suit you. 

The Studio at Nine Springs is a large conservatory at the back of the building. It provides a lovely light space for our Yoga, Pilates, Qigong and Tai Chi classes. The Seminar room is a smaller, cosy space, the perfect environment for our Mindfulness, Antenatal and Meditation groups.
