Would you know what to do
in an emergency?

Mini First Aid offers first aid courses to parents, grandparents, carers and children. The courses are delivered in a relaxed and comfortable style and cover the basics of life saving first aid, giving confidence to know what actions to take if faced with a medical emergency.
2 hour class covers:
CPR, Choking, Bumps, Bleeding, Breaks, Burns, Febrile Seizures
& Meningitis Awareness

If you answer yes to any of these questions then this workshop is a wonderful introduction for you and your child to learn new breathing techniques, learn how to alleviate their symptoms naturally. Guided by me your child will learn how their breathing works, how they can help themselves with their new understanding. You will take away powerful knowledge and new methods to practice at home. You will recieve a reduced rate to complete a further course should you wish to but this is not complusory.

We will begin with an hour of yoga by Siromani Teacher of yoga, Debbie Calleja-Atkins. This will enable you to relax the mind and body through a series of  mindful pranayama and asana practice.
After a spiced Christmas tea break Sound Therapist Carrie Searley, will indulge you in an hour of deep relaxation and meditation, ensuring that you become immersed within the beautiful multiple layers of tones and overtones, of the Gongs and Singing Bowls, that will help facilitate a shift in your consciousness.

Please bring water, a yoga mat, pillow and a blanket, for extra comfort.

This workshop discusses and educates on the links between physical and mental health and the importance of good nutrition on mental wellbeing. 

The objective is to provide information so you can make positive changes in your everyday life that supports a healthy brain

Traditional Reproductive Healing

Sunday 4th February at 11:00 –17:00

The Wombspace Workshop is primarily a practical and experiential
workshop, you will learn lots of ways to heal yourself physically and
emotionally. You will be given tools such as the faja for abdominal binding,
castor oil pack, herbs for a vaginal steam, a uterine meditation as well as
instructions in a short and easy self care massage.
The workshop fee of £75 is an important investment in your own health and
includes a comprehensive information pack and all the resources you need
to put the workshop ideas into practice.

My body is in balance
For the workshop the number of places available is limited to ensure that all participants get 
time for personalised information and advice. If there is a specific issue that you would like us to 
address please let us know.
You will be given a comprehensive information pack as well castor oil, herbs, womb wrap, a 
copy of the meditation and self care massage for you to continue the journey to self healing. In 
fact, everything is included that you need to go home and put the workshop information into
