What is the steady steps to slim program?

Weekly classes 90 minute duration

  • 1 hour Group coaching  – 12 weekly interactive sessions –
  • £200 prize for the most successfull action taker
  • 30 minute express exercise session to burn body fat and speed up your metabolism
  • Monthly weigh in’s and fitness assessment (optional)
  • only £99 for 12 weeks*

Throughout the program you will be guided by an experienced coach and exercise professional.

You will be introduced to new action steps each week that will continually build from the previous experience of the week before.

The programme is designed be an inter-active learning experience, which allows time for you to reflect, between the sessions, to fully integrate new behaviour patterns – habits and routines.  There will be the opportunity to share your learning with the group and receive encouragement and feedback.   Groups are limited to a maximum 16 to ensure that you receive maximum support.

The Steady Steps to Slim system is designed so that you implement certain key processes and procedures at each stage which leads to safe, realistic behaviour changes.

The programme will support you to achieve your own individual health and fitness outcomes and identify and dissolve any blocks that you have.  You’ll get a good idea within yourself how to recognise those internal blocks and you’ll receive rich individual feedback from both your coach and the other participants.

On completion of the program you will have opened up a world of more choices, and many of the lessons learned will enhance your overall health wellbeing.

You will naturally feel empowered to continue to follow a healthy eating plan and exercise regularly.  You will notice how these positive daily action steps will also be significant into bringing balance into every aspect of your life.
