SILENT TREE - Exploring the Basics of QIGONG

The aim is to give a simple introduction to the standing posture in  Qigong.  Practised daily, it can  empty the mind and calm the body.  It can give new vitality and speed the healing of the body, resolve inflammations.  We will begin with some simple stretching exercises in the Chinese tradition.



Wednesdays 7:30pm-9pm

Starting 22nd Feb, 
£8 per session or £40 for the term (6 weeks)
