Kate Hayden

Kate served for 18 years as a Physical Training Instructor in the Royal Navy until finding her true vocation in 2005 when she qualified as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor following intensive training at DRMC Headley Court.

Kate has worked with injured Service personnel returning from Afghanistan as well as civilian and military personnel overcoming issues from sports and work related injury to weight, smoking and illness.  Kate has seen first-hand how important health and fitness is not only for the body but also the wellbeing of the mind.

Understanding how important it is to improve and manage the mind to support a return to fitness and overall wellbeing Kate trained in NLP becoming a Master Practitioner in 2012.  Through supporting people with their personal development, belief systems leading them to find success in all areas of their lives as well as using these tools to overcome personal challenges Kate has developed a concept that has transformed her body, her health, her fitness and her life.

Kate has learnt how to live a healthy, happy and balanced life without ever feeling deprived. She believes there is an inner athlete in everyone and loves supporting people to realize what is possible and what they can achieve.  Having this belief is the key to creating long-term change for their bodies, their health and overall wellbeing.  Putting these belief systems to the test, Kate is no stranger to gruelling fitness challenges having completed over 3 marathons and even running from London to Brighton in one day!
